Uvani

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

The short version: Uvani doesn't sell your data, doesn't show ads, and doesn't track you across other apps or websites. Uvani's AI voice features run on your iPhone. If you share a calendar with your household, the shared calendar is stored securely in the cloud so everyone's phones stay in sync.

This policy explains what information the Uvani app ("Uvani," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Uvani is operated by JAXIE LLC.

Information stored only on your iPhone

Information stored in the cloud

When you create or join a shared household calendar, the following is stored using Google Firebase so it can sync between household members' phones:

Only members of your household can see your household's shared calendar.

Permissions Uvani asks for

You can turn any permission off at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

What we don't do

Service providers

Uvani uses Google Firebase to store and sync shared household data, and Expo to deliver notifications. These providers process data only to run these services for Uvani.

Keeping and deleting your data

Data stored only on your iPhone is deleted when you delete the app. Shared household data stays in the cloud so other household members keep their calendar. To have your shared household data deleted, email us at hello@uvani.app with your household code, and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Children

Uvani is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
